Accommodation          
Setting   Prices are inclusive of central heating, electricity, bed linen, and cleaning of the gite after departure.  Towels are not normally supplied, but can be rented. 

The charges also include heating of the swimming pool during the High and Peak season should it be necessary.

Change over day is Saturday, with arrivals from 16:00 and departures before 10:00.

A guarantee of £350 (500 €) is payable upon arrival.  This would normally take the form of a cheque, supported by a bank guarantee card.  This guarantee will be held by the owners during the rental period, and returned at the end of the period providing that no breakages or damage to the gite have occurred, and provided that the gite is left in a condition that requires no more than the normal cleaning at the end of the stay.

The weather is usually much milder than in Britain during the winter, so why not take advantage of the lower winter rates and stay for a longer period out of season.  Spring with its blossoms and early promise of summer, and yet without the many tourists, can be a very relaxing time.  The January sales are excellent for great bargains!
